Installation
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/rapidwombat-integrationdirectory, or upload the ZIP via Plugins Add New Upload Plugin. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- Go to the new ‘RapidWombat’ menu in your WordPress sidebar. Copy the Integration Key.
- In your RapidWombat dashboard, paste the key into your integration settings to connect the site.

- Posts are now matched by the id RapidWombat stored when the article was first published, instead of by slug. Republishing an article whose headline changed, or whose permalink you edited in WordPress, updates the existing post instead of creating a duplicate.
- The permalink of an existing post is no longer overwritten on update, so a slug you changed by hand is kept.
- Fixed the featured image being removed from the article body when the image itself could not be downloaded, which left the post with no image at all.
- Republishing an article with an unchanged image no longer adds another copy of that image to the media library.
