## Description

Basra Customer Chat loads the workspace-specific customer chat widget on public 
pages. Site administrators can enable or disable the widget and securely configure
the public widget key through WordPress Settings.

### Privacy

This plugin connects visitors’ browsers to the external Basra Customer Chat service
at https://bumblebee.mycrew.club when the widget is enabled. That service may process
chat messages, technical request data, and contact details that visitors choose 
to submit so the site owner can provide customer service. No data is sent by this
plugin when the widget is disabled or has no widget key.

The plugin adds suggested disclosure text to WordPress’s Privacy Policy Guide. Site
owners remain responsible for describing their configured retention and uses. The
service is governed by the Basra Consulting Services terms at https://mycrew.club/
terms and privacy policy at https://mycrew.club/privacy.

## Installation

 1. Install and activate the plugin.
 2. Open Settings > Basra Customer Chat.
 3. Press Connect Basra Customer Chat. Sign in or create an account, confirm this site,
    and you are returned here with the widget live.

Connecting adds this site’s origin to the workspace’s allowed domains and queues
a crawl of its public pages, so the assistant can answer questions about the site.
WooCommerce shops are covered by the same connection.

You can still paste a widget key by hand instead, if the site was set up in Basra
Customer Chat first.

## FAQ

### Where do I find the widget key?

Open the Install widget step in your Basra Customer Chat workspace.

### Does the plugin modify my theme?

No. It uses the WordPress script-enqueue system and does not edit theme files.

### What data leaves my WordPress site?

When enabled, the visitor’s browser loads the widget from Basra Customer Chat. Messages,
technical request data, and contact details the visitor submits may be processed
by Basra Customer Chat for the site owner’s customer-service workflow.
