I was very excited to find Send. Tight integration with Elementor and WooCommerce, with simplicity and ease… it looked so good. Then the roadblocks. I couldn’t get my domain to validate, even after two tries. Email assistance was promised by the chatbot, but it never came. My workflow (the main reason I was doing this) didn’t work at all, despite following the guides. Help promised, but no such luck. And guess what… if a workflow is not the way you need it? That’s a “feature” in development. Better get that 10-email drip perfect the first time! Update: after a few days I did hear back from Support, in the middle of the night North American time. I had by that time rebuilt my workflow and solved the issues myself. But those workflows need to be editable, or at least offer the ability to duplicate them to make fixes, troubleshoot and make the usual tweaks without starting from scratch.

Greeting. Probably best if there is an option to delete an existing workflow & broadcast.The name cannot be reused if the workflow or broadcast is still there (archived). Also no point of restoring the archived if you cannot reused it.For now, you can only archive it.Please help make it available as soon as possible. Thank you.

It literally had compatibility with issues from the moment i installed it. And it is so heavy that it slowed my page speed down by 20%. It’s better to host automation off-site!

Send makes it super easy to get started, but that’s where it stops. We tried connecting to woocommerce, it failed on connecting, then the beautiful Woocommerce templates disappeared and left me with a different GUI for workflows. The ‘dynamic’ lists are ‘coming soon’. So users must be populated manually. I can’t set my branded email on any workflows (coming soon?). A lot of things would break and I had to build it twice. Most of the features are listed as coming soon, but some areas on their support website show documentation of it existing, i.e. SMS, etc. You can’t edit a workflow after launching it. You can’t discard it either. These are coming soon. For a production site, this is too early. But I’d say it’ll be one heck of a mailchimp killer down the road.

Really like how easy it is to connect to Woo. They fulfill the promise of connecting it with just one click. I was able to launch flows like abandoned carts in less than a minute.When it comes to broadcasting campaigns, I was missing the option to control the specific hour per time zone — hopefully that will be added soon.Overall, this gives strong competition to other solutions out there, especially the ones that claim to work seamlessly with Woo.

Send is an incredible solution for email campaigns with WooCommerce! Setup was smooth, and it works almost flawlessly. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves and improves over time.
